The Seminary Registrar's Office supports the work of the faculty and serves our seminarians and alumni as the custodian of academic records. The office coordinates course registration, assigns classrooms, maintains student transcripts, performs degree audits, provides enrollment and graduation verifications, and supplies information to government agencies and external organizations. The Seminary Registrar is also the SEVIS Designated School Official (DSO) who certifies enrollment of international seminarians (I-20/F-1 visa status).
