The Fiat Society gathers partners in the mission, united through an ongoing commitment to recurring giving in support of priestly formation.
Its members understand that the formation of future priests is not entrusted to a few, but sustained through the generosity of many.
Together, they become a steady presence behind every seminarian, through each year of prayer, study, and formation that prepares him for the priesthood.
The Blessed Virgin Mary’s simple yet profound Fiat forever changed the course of salvation history.
God did not ask for wealth, influence, or perfection. He asked for her trust. Her faithful “yes” became the beginning of something far greater than herself.
Her Fiat remains the model for every disciple.
Today, God continues to invite His people to participate in His work through the mission of Mount St. Mary’s Seminary by helping form the priests who will proclaim the Gospel, celebrate the Sacraments, forgive sins, and shepherd His Church.

A faithful “yes” is rarely lived in one extraordinary moment.
More often, it is lived through small acts of love, repeated with trust over time.
For members of the Fiat Society, that response takes the form of a recurring monthly gift.

The Fiat Society is a community rooted in prayer, gratitude, and a shared love for the mission of Mount St. Mary’s Seminary.
Each year, on the Feast of the Annunciation, observed on April 5 in 2027, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is offered for the intentions of every Fiat Society member, entrusting you and your loved ones to the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Those who make their first gift on or before April 5, 2027, will be recognized as Founding Members of the Fiat Society, with their names permanently inscribed on the Founders Plaque displayed within the hall of the Seminary.
Because no faithful “yes” should ever be offered alone.
